The Tangerine hotel would be located in a key location at the northern point of the Center at Tangerine Road. Close to Ventana Medical Systems (Roche), Oro Valley Hospital and the many offices on the north side of Tangerine, it would provide the needed lodging for those coming to Oro Valley for business.

This limited service hotel would include a guest-only pool, fitness studio, meeting space and breakfast room. A pedestrian connection would be provided to the adjacent retail, entertainment and restaurant venues in the Oro Valley Village Center, as well as Innovation Park.

The Architecture would follow the approved design guidelines for the Oro Valley Market Place. While no decision has been made regarding the hotel brand, it would be similar to Hampton Inn, Marriot Courtyard or another quality brand.
