A REVITALIZATION OF A BEAUTIFUL AND CONVENIENT LOCATION
This project is comprised of a mixed-use center that redevelops and re-imagines the existing Oro Valley Marketplace into the Oro Valley Village Center that includes entertainment, residential, hospitality, commercial, and public park areas in a new urban village setting, encouraging and embracing a social lifestyle within a walkable environment and beautiful landscape.

Reimagining Oro Valley Marketplace
Oro Valley Marketplace will not succeed in its current state. The existing +/- 100 acre site is sprawling, disjointed and has vast undeveloped pad areas. The reimaging entails five projects designed to connect the overall site, enhance the pedestrian experience and reengage the community.
A PLACE TO CONNECT, RELAX AND ENJOY LIFE
The Oro Valley Village Oasis Park, our Entertainment District, will be a place where visitors young and old can come and enjoy a variety of activities including dining, exercise, recreation, relaxation, playgrounds, walking paths, art and music venues.
A PLACE TO CALL HOME
Providing residential opportunities will be key to the success of Oro Valley Village Center. As part of the revitalization of the Center, two luxury complexes are proposed, providing garden and podium apartments. All project architecture would conform to the approved Oro Valley Marketplace design guidelines.
A PLACE TO HOST GUESTS
Oro Valley Village Center is proposing new uses for the space that are synergistic with the existing development, making the Center a destination where visitors and residents will come to live, stay, shop and play. Hotels are important as they bring life to an area that will need more space for visitors as the Town grows. The plans for Oro Valley Village Center includes two hotels as part of the re-imagining of this Center.
